I would suggest cold water instead of warm (water's thermal capacity is so large that as long as it's not frozen it won't make that much difference to the speed of thawing, but cold water is a bit safer from the food safety perspective) but I mostly agree with him. If you have a bucket or a cooler you can put it there too. Just make sure it stays cold (under 40F, ideally).
