That's what I love about the Texas Wild Colors...they aren't really traditional pigments. The guy who owns it goes out and harvests everything himself. So Texas Dandelion...is actually just Texas dandelions. So it's less pigment based, and more dye-based.

A lot of his colors have good light-fastness ratings. Unfortunately, dandelion does not. It only rates a III Fair. :(

(I'm more interested in selling prints than the longevity of my originals, so it didn't bother me so much)
